“Net” Value of Stock Sales Insider Focus calculates the “net” value to display the true value of the insider’s stock sale.
Unique ID #s for Every Insider for Accurate Matching. Each person now includes the unique identifier (CIK) given to every executive or director that has been awarded shares.
Alerting. Now you have the option to set alerts for sales of shares by alumni or known donors, new alumni discoveries, and changes in compensation. You will receive these alerts daily via email.
Watchlists. You now have the option to upload or create a list of known donors under My Kspace. Creates profiles with valuable insights, or alerts on new SEC related activities.
